The guesthouse is a one-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, open, spacious and airy home with some random pieces of furniture (sofa, papasan chairs, buffet, table and chairs, bedroom dresser - all of which can be removed) and with all new appliances (including washer and dryer), a built-in office space, and a gas fireplace. The house is approximately 1000 sq. ft.

There is a full bathroom (includes bathtub and shower) adjacent to the separate bedroom (with a big closet),
as well as a guest bathroom by the front door, where the washing machine and dryer are.
The house has a wraparound deck and a private driveway:
This would be ideal for a single person or a couple. The rent is $850/mo. plus utilities. The fireplace, stove and heater are propane-based. There is lots of built-in storage space and an adjacent children's playground (as well as an unused playhouse).
